We are currently seeking to hire a lawyer to join our Commercial Property/Real Estate Department. The successful candidates will report to the Head of Department and the position will involve a broad range of responsibilities. Ideal candidates with be at least 3 years’ qualified, with relevant experience in a recognised commercial law firm. He/she should have strong organisational and interpersonal skills and be highly motivated.

Required experience:

• Comfortable with all stages of commercial property transactions;
• Experience in interpretation and application of property law;
• Excellent drafting skills;
• Ability to work on own initiative;
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines;
• Strong commercial focus and business acumen;
