Conor’s work covers all aspects of general corporate and commercial law from advising on mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law, company restructuring and reorganisations, to banking law. He is a trusted advisor to companies and banks, and is regularly called upon for his sound, practical approach to resolve complex contentious issues. His work regularly involves review, drafting and negotiation of shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and a wide range of other commercial law contracts.

Conor’s work also crosses into commercial litigation, particularly surrounding high-value shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and contentious issues regarding company directors.

Conor regularly gives seminars on company and commercial law issues and is a member of Cork Chamber Public Affairs Council.
