@MTU Cork School of Music kindly welcomed us to the Stack Theatre for presentations followed by a networking opportunity in the atrium.

Managing Partner of O’Flynn Exhams LLP, Shane Crossan, welcomed attendees before OFX Partner Conor Lupton delivered a presentation on non-compete and non-solicitation clauses in commercial contracts. Niamh Carey OFX Associate highlighted some useful case law around competing terms in commercial contracts and discussed the considerations that need to be made when executing contracts in the digital age. Professor Maggie Cusack, President MTU concluded the presentations with an inspirational talk that shared her experience of building a new university.
