About the transaction: 

Finol Oils purchased Montrose Oil, a long established family owned independent supplier and distributor to all sectors of the Irish lubricants industry from its base in Glasnevin, Dublin. Finol provides a full range of premium brands in high-performance lubricants. Finol operates as part of Tricel Groups’ Distribution division.
