O’Flynn Exhams advises on sale of Sheen Falls Hotel, Kenmare

Micheál Ó Mullain, Partner, who heads up O’Flynn Exhams (OFX) Real Estate Department recently led the OFX team in respect of the sale of Sheen Falls Hotel, Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

The Vendors were UK-based luxury hotel group Palladian Hotels & Resorts Limited and the sale also included a large tract of adjoining park and woodland. The Purchaser is a Singapore-based businessman with longstanding Dublin hotel and property interests. Apart from the sale of the four star Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel, this was (by value) the largest hotel disposal in the jurisdiction in 2018.
