O’Flynn Exhams advises on the sale of Corrib Food Products to BWG

Fiona O’Connell, Partner, recently acted for Corrib Food Products and led the OFX team on a substantial transaction in respect of the sale of Corrib Food Products to BWG.

BWG purchased Corrib Food Products a family owned business with operations in Galway and Dublin that supplies fresh and frozen poultry and other chilled goods to the food service industry. BWG also operates the Spar Convenience Store brand in Ireland.

Jerome Maume advised on the competition issues and the property aspects of the deal were dealt with by Eamonn Muldoon and Cian Duane of our Real Estate Department.
