O’Flynn Exhams completes substantial renovation of city centre offices
O’Flynn Exhams Solicitors (OFX) is delighted to announce completion of a major renovation project at its South Mall office. The project, which commenced in March of this year, is in response to double-digit revenue growth of over 25% at the firm over the past three years. OFX currently employs 47 people at its South Mall office. The new office space was officially opened by An Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Simon Coveney, T.D..
The substantial renovation, carried out together with the installation of new technologies to support modern interactive communication methods, has completely transformed the firm’s client-facing facilities. In addition, OFX has considerably enhanced its back office space and amenities for its growing number of staff.
Commenting on the opening, Richard Neville, Managing Partner of OFX, said: “OFX has a long, proud history in Cork and its origins can be traced back to its founder, Richard Exham, who commenced his traineeship on the South Mall in 1798. Over the years, we have benefitted from the skills, knowledge and expertise of many eminent lawyers, who enabled OFX to play a vital role in the growth and development of the business community in Cork and the surrounding region.
“With this investment, we are delighted to reaffirm our commitment to Cork’s city centre and our investment in these new offices reflects our pledge to continuously meet the evolving needs of our valued clients. We look forward to helping them further expand their businesses right here in Cork and internationally.”
The project’s architects were KOBW Architects, with building works carried out by Flynn Management & Contractors. Noted photographer Denis Horgan supplied aerial photography from the surrounding region for the walls’ artwork.
