OFX acts in relation to the development of new Primary Care Centre in Offaly
Micheál Ó’Mulláin recently led the O’Flynn Exhams team in respect of the acquisition, development and disposal of a new primary healthcare facility in Banagher, Co. Offaly.
The project also involved negotiating agreements for occupational leases with the HSE a pharmacy operator and a GP practice as well as negotiating the full suite of professional design team appointments and collateral warranties.
The property was acquired by Primary Healthcare Properties, ICAV, who have contracted to provide development funding for the construction of the primary care centre and related works.
This is expected to be completed in late 2020 and involves an overall investment of ca €5 million.
