OFX announce four new appointments

OFX are delighted to announce the recent appointment of two new Senior Associates and two Associates to the firm.

Joan Byrne joins the Commercial Property team as Senior Associate. Joan has over 20 years’ experience working with corporate, institutional and private clients, advising on a wide range of issues affecting commercial property portfolios.

Brendan Hogan brings with him 18 years’ experience in the areas of commercial property and joins our Utilities (Property) team as Senior Associate. Having previously worked in the legal department of NAMA, he also has a wealth of experience in advising institutional clients on property matters.

Eimear Boyle has joined the Commercial team as an Associate, advising clients on matters of company law, commercial contracts and finance.

Ronan Healy, who completed his apprenticeship with OFX, has also been appointed as an Associate on the Private Client team, focusing on the area of residential conveyancing.
