Regulatory and public law solicitor
We are currently seeking to hire an associate solicitor to join our Regulatory and Public law team.
This role offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Our team provides high quality legal advice and support to clients on complex regulatory issues. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to participate in a busy team providing services to high profile clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the areas of public and regulatory law. However, this is not essential. The successful candidate will need the following:
- Qualified as a solicitor with 3+ years PQE;
- Strong technical and drafting ability;
- Good research and statutory interpretation skills;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to learn and work as part of a team;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Commercial property solicitor
We are currently seeking to hire an associate solicitor to join our Commercial Property team.
This represents an opportunity for the right candidate to join a busy, dynamic team and work for a range of public and private sector clients. The role includes:
- All stages of commercial property transactions, including investigating title, negotiating and drafting leases, development agreements, licences, deeds of easements and conveyances.
- Advising on infrastructure projects and statutory processes relating to the compulsory acquisition of land / wayleaves.
- Collaborating with the litigation department in property-related disputes and CPO arbitrations.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE – ideally involving property law experience. Experience in infrastructure projects is desirable, but not essential.
The candidate should have strong technical and project management skills, clear communication skills and also be a sociable person, with a calm and measured approach to problem-solving.

Private client solicitor
We are currently looking to hire an associate solicitor to join our Private Client team.
The role includes:
- Estate planning and administration, probate applications, drafting wills and enduring powers of attorney;
- All areas of residential / agricultural conveyancing and property transactions.
We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE with experience in these areas. We would also welcome applications from more experienced solicitors.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team; with strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and a professional, friendly approach.
