Maggie is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. She joined the team with wide-ranging litigation experience, including defamation defence, High Court commercial litigation, financial regulation, white collar crime, and regulatory investigations to include the tracker mortgage investigation.

She practises mainly in the areas of commercial litigation and contentious employment law.

On the commercial litigation side, Maggie currently is acting for a publicly listed company in defending a breach of contract claim, represents creditors in liquidation proceedings, and takes instructions from national banks in debt collection matters. She is experienced in representing clients both in Court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

Her employment experience involves advising on grievances, preparing for and attending WRC hearings, supporting the client through mediation, advising on and obtaining visas for employees, and advising on equality complaints.
